The Builder Boxing Training Program is the next level above the Foundation Program. It is built for amateur boxers, intermediate fighters, and more advanced athletes who already understand the basics and are ready to sharpen their skills, improve their conditioning, and train with more purpose.

This program is designed for boxers who want to move past beginner training and start building real fight-ready habits. The goal is not just to work out — the goal is to become sharper, more disciplined, more athletic, and more confident inside and outside of the ring.

Over the course of the program, you will develop stronger fundamentals, better rhythm, sharper footwork, improved defense, cleaner combinations, better punch placement, and stronger conditioning. The Builder Program focuses on helping you become a more complete boxer by improving the way you move, think, react, and perform.

This program is perfect for athletes who already know the basic punches and stance but want more structure in their training. It is made for amateur boxers, serious beginners moving up, athletes training at home, and fighters who want to build consistency outside of the gym.

The workouts are designed to be done with or without a heavy bag. If you have a heavy bag, you will use it to improve timing, power, punch output, and conditioning. If you do not have a heavy bag, you can still complete the program through shadowboxing, footwork drills, defensive movement, bodyweight conditioning, and boxing-specific skill work.

The Builder Program also includes a running program to improve stamina, endurance, mental toughness, and fight conditioning. Running is a major part of boxing because it helps you stay sharp when you are tired, recover faster between rounds, and build the engine needed to keep pushing when the workout gets hard.
